Our Private Training will put players through intense 1 on 1 sessions. Workouts will focus on the all aspects of the game from aggressive ball handling, attack moves, different finishes at the basket and much more. 1 on 1 workouts are a great tool for really focusing on the players needs. All workouts are an hour long.
Our Group Training is for athletes who feel comfortable working with others of the similar age and skill level. These workouts will have anywhere from 2-8 athletes and focus on individual and team aspects of the game. Small group workouts are priced per player.
Adrian Penland Basketball Team Training will come to your facility and provide team training for your club team, Middle School team, High School team. Team training is usually conducted for 90 minutes, but can be subject to change due to gym availability.
